I started out with no direction. I was (and still am) a call center representative that was going through the motions, wanting to do something different but wasn’t sure what. Right now, I have people come up to me because I found something that I didn’t expect and my mood and positive energy is affecting other people in a good way. They come up with questions and I want people to hear my yoga journey. Because trust me, 15 mins on break is not enough to enlighten people. I hope you guys will enjoy my journey and I hope to inspire everyone on their journey as well.
